The most interesting legislation isn’t even at the top where you would expect it but rather near the bottom right before our very eyes!

In fact, there are 2 separate proposals making their way through WA State’s Senate Committee meeting right now: One aims towards legalizing Mitragyna Speciosa while another seeks completely prohibit them altogether – both have strong support within respective parties so we may see these babies come into fruition soon enough

Wisconsin is one of several states that prohibit Kratom. One bill in committee would repeal the ban and replace it with KCPA regulation, making the only technicality left to gain access before passing into law for this amazing plant!

The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) maintains a database of state representatives that you can use to find your own elected officials.

You may enter any address into their search tool and get an instant list of all members in Congress who represent YOUR interests! You can also contact the bill’s sponsors and committee members. Please be polite.

TRAVELERS: Remember to check the legality of kratom at your destination AND at all places in between. In some areas of the world, if you have kratom on you, you can be charged with drug smuggling and be executed.

Laws about kratom change from state to state, and even from city to city, so be sure you are complying with the local kratom laws, even if it means not bringing any kratom with you on your trip.
